Many firms have found it’s more practical to use a company that primarily specializes in supporting law firms. We focus on continually optimizing our support systems to be efficient and cost effective. That kind of experience is not usually something you can hire in-house. In a law firm, unless you’re an attorney or a paralegal, career advancement is limited. But our people are motivated to advance their careers within our organization. Itemizing soft and hard costs that can be passed on to clients is important to most of our customers. We have a long history of creating chargeback centers for the services we provide. We may well be able to find ways to minimize firm costs while passing through client charges.
